Lencioni's The Eiae Dysfunctions of a Team is a stage theory, similar to ' Maslow's Hierarchy (Physiological comfor! safety, beloriging f love, esteem needs, self actualization).
To develop teams, leaders must be alert for, confront, and overcome the following dysfunctions.
