The final project for this course is the creation of an analysis and negotiation coaching recommendations for executive leadership (in either paper or presentation format), which the chief human resources officer (CHRO) can read to prepare for the negotiation. The final product represents an authentic demonstration of competency because it is a task that you may be asked to complete in the workplace.
