Create a 15-20 slide PowerPoint presentation for your proposed informatics solution project. Include two separate slides for your title and reference page.

Include the following:

1. Problem statement. Remember, this is a concise statement that includes: (a) explanation of problem, (b) description of who and what is affected by the problem, (c) the impact or consequence of the problem, and (d) the proposed solution.

2. Justification/Evidence for how the proposed solution meets a business need and aligns to organizational objectives and goals.

3. Baseline and project-specific data required to measure the success of the project. Include necessary subject matter experts required for this task.

4. Scope of project: Summarize the parameters of the project to define what is "in scope" and "out of scope" for the project. Include high-level deliverables and completion criteria to determine whether project deliverables are acceptable.

5. Project plan: Include stakeholders/project drivers, milestones, timeline, tasks and activities, resources, budget constraints, barriers and risks, project methodologies, and process and implementation strategies.

6. Testing phase: Outline the proposed testing scenario/plan and provide evidence that it supports the proposed informatics project. Include how the test results will be documented and how issues will be mitigated.

7. Communication plan: Include stakeholders, stakeholder role and information needed, tools or channels, events generating communication, and level of responsibility.
