EVALUATING TASK PERFORMANCE

REVIEW the performance measures to become familiar with the criteria about which you score the Soldier, (Check on Learning)

ENSURE all necessary equipment and clothing needed for proper performance of the job are on hand at the training site.

PREPARE the test site according to the conditions

EVALUATING TASK PERFORMANCE

ADVISE each Soldier about any special guidance that appears in the evaluation preparation section of the task summary before evaluating

SCORE each Soldiers regarding the information. Record the date of the training and task performance (GO or NO-GO) in the sections training record for each Soldier. If the Soldier fails, show the Soldier what they did wrong and allow the Soldiers to take the test again. (study hall for test and date of re-test)
