Yes, the President of Caritas Christi Health Care should be fired. Every sexual harassment complaint should be looked into, and he has already had 10 complaints against him. How many complaints does it take? It's horrible to think that sexual harassment complaints could be a lie, but that is exactly what people think when they hear an accusation. However, to have multiple complaints isn't a lie or a coincidence this obviously someone who is a serial offender and needs to be dealt with. This needs to happen most importantly for the victims, but also for the company before all that was built to make a successful company becomes ruined by keeping someone like him employed. Sexual harassment cases are complicated because most of the time it is one person's word against another with no witnesses. Having no witnesses makes any case hard but especially one with no evidence as well. Once you have someone's word against
