In that case, the development of an intercontinental restaurant requires that the management involved in the establishment should learn how to prepare food from different cultural groups in the aim of winning more people. The Vijayawada Intercontinental Restaurant aims at incorporating skills used by some of the public communities in the preparation of their meals. For instance, the proposed restaurant will offer well prepared French, Italian, Spanish meals which will not limit other communities. For an organization to succeed in its operation, they need to ensure that they offer quality services to their customers. In that case, the proposed restaurant will provide quality services to their visitors which will make them feel like they are in their home countries. 2.
