Selecting Direct Quotes from Your Sources for Your Research Paper

Step 2:
Pull out one or two direct quotes from each source that you plan on using for your Research Paper. Does each of these quotes relate to at least one of your criteria? Please list out the criteria next to your quote.
Part3-
Step #1 Write a one-page informal Research Proposal to share with your classmates. Here are some questions to consider when writing this proposal:
- Why did you choose this topic as your focus?
- How much is already known about your topic of focus?
- What is missing from your current knowledge?
- What criteria will you want to research?
- What new insights will your research contribute?
- Why is this research worth doing?
Step #2 After you write your one-page research proposal, identify and share three potential problems you might encounter in the process of researching and writing your paper. For each problem, write at least one strategy for solving the problem or minimizing its effect on your paper.
