Your case must be within the topic in Operations Management (OM) perspectives i.e. the decision that operations managers take each day. The case must be based on real situations faced by real operations managers in real organizations. OM cases often reflect the nature of operations themselves. They can be complicated. Interacting within any operation, there are different pieces of technology, different staff and different systems and procedures.Therefore you must simplify and extract what you believe to be important and clarify issues, problems and pieces of information. This will give you a clearer picture about the subject of the study
