The Anthem INC is very much concerning their organizational culture and operations that makes this organization better from other health insurance organizations in the country. Anthem INC is the major for-profit managed company in the field of healthcare in the Blue Shield Association and Blue Cross.

It is stated in Lussier & Achua, (2012), “Leadership is getting people to do something, which means giving them motivation for doing it.” (P.27) This Company was founded when the Anthem Insurance Company developed the WellPoint Health Networks, Inc. for the combined company the trading on the NYSE instigated on December 1, 2004, under the WLP symbol. In this report, there is complete analysis of the different aspects of leadership, organizational culture and communication, ethics, conflicts management, problem solving and decision making, policies and strategic planning etc (Newtown Square;, 2017).

The leadership and the whole organizational culture have a huge impact on the business and profitability of the company.  In the Anthem INC, the effective communication between the employment and the management is discussed and also a factor of the organizational success.
