LD003 ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
This Assessment consists of a series of short-answer questions. Each question is related to specific ways early childhood leaders can assess and positively impact organizational culture.
Instructions
Before submitting your Assessment, carefully review the rubric. This is the same rubric the assessor will use to evaluate your submission and it provides detailed criteria describing how to achieve or master the Competency. Many students find that understanding the requirements of the Assessment and the rubric criteria help them direct their focus and use their time most productively.
· Download the LD003 Short Answer Assessment Submission Form template and answer each question.
· Use the Ten Dimensions of Organization Climate table found on page 3 of How’s the Weather in Your Center , as needed, to inform your responses.
