50 points Due Friday 4/29 at 11:59 pm on Turnitin.com
Paper Instructions
You will be expected to write a final reflection paper for the course discussing your experiences in the class, what you have learned and how you can continue to apply the teachings of personal effectiveness to your life after the course has ended.
Reflect on your overall engagement with the positive psychology activities, how your well-being and flourishing has changed (or not changed) throughout the semester, and what you’ve learned about yourself and others by taking this course.
Paper Instructions
Utilize the self-assessments you have completed in class or
as homework to highlight areas where you are flourishing
well and areas for improvement.
Consider the core signature strengths, your ability to use
wellness skills, and how you can apply what you have
learned related to personal effectiveness to your
relationships and future career.
Paper Specifics
The paper should be 3-4 pages in length, not including the title
or reference page. It needs to be in APA style with a title and
reference page. No abstract or sections are required.
From the Purdue OWL site: “Your essay should be typed, double-
spaced on standard-sized paper (8.5" x 11") with 1" margins on all
sides. You should use a clear font that is highly readable. APA
recommends using 12 pt. Times New Roman font.”
Paper Specifics
I expect you to use a minimum of two resources that you will cite
using APA style in the reference section and for in-text citation.
The book can be one of your two resources.
Use your resources to expand on what you have learned about
psychology of personal effectiveness and how you can use
positive psychology in the future to continue working towards
optimal flourishing.
