Student name: Mohammed Aldosary
The Organization: HawksLanding
Overview of the Situation/Problem:
HawksLanding is a student housing based in Tampa bay. It is mainly known as a home for students who attend Hillsborough Community College, but also for students who attended other colleges near that area or in Tampa in general. As the college expanded their campus by building a new medical science, more students are attending now compared to the previous years. With that been said, more students will be looking for a home near by campus. Around 28 thousand students attend the college this year, therefore HawksLanding should also expand their apartment complex for more space to occupy students because they are only student housing in that area.
The Opportunity:
There are many areas to look for to gather deta. One potential key to look for is the number of students attend every semester. Another one would be looking into residents’ status to determine who stay on campus and do not attend classes. Finally, it would be more beneficial to give more priority to students who are full time at HCC.
Audience Analysis:
The final project will be submitted the college’s dean, owner of HawksLanding, and the dean of students. Tho whom it may concern, this will take an effect on student who struggle to get to campus and cannot afford off campus apartments. Also, those who have no transportations will be affected by this. I will ensure that if Hawkslanding expanded their community, it will lead more profits for the college, business, and students as they are only few minutes away to campus if they choose to live there.
