Dear Sir or Madam: This letter shall serve to confirm that Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi, an employee of Klaxontech Technologies Inc, is working as a Sub-Contractor, through the vendor Infosys Limited, on a project for the Client, The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (“DTCC”). DTCC is involved in the business of providing clearing, settlement and information services for equities, corporate and municipal bonds, government and mortgage-backed securities, money market instruments and over-the-counter derivatives. In addition, DTCC is a leading processor of mutual funds and insurance transaction, linking funds and carriers with their distribution networks.

Infosys Limited and DTCC have entered into a Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) that is valid until it is terminated by either Infosys Limited or DTCC and DTCC specify additional projects, extensions, and/ or modifications of existing projects via different contractual vehicles, including, but not limited to, Statements-of-Work (“SOWs”). Under the current MSA, Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi is currently working as a Sub-contractor, in the professional position of Software Engineer and is assigned to the Application Development project at DTCC’s 570 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310 location. The minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor’s degree or foreign or experiential equivalent. This is the industry standard. Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi is assigned to work on this project until 12/31/2019, with extensions if needed. In the professional position of Software Engineer, Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi is responsible for:

• Contribute to Application Development team discussions and decisions on overall Application design and best approach for implementing, and development Solution.

• Work with Java/J2EE Technology which includes Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST Webservices Multidimensional databases(Oracle), Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Work with Aws Cloud Administration which includes EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, ELB, AMI, SNS, SQS, REDSHIFT, IAM, ROUTE53, Auto scaling, LAMBDA

• Define best practices around migrating applications and required databases to AWS and other cloud services. • Identity system enhancement and automation opportunities for installing/maintaining database technologies,

building, deploying and monitoring.

• Work closely with Application delivery teams to deliver new environments and resolve problems related to existing infrastructure on cloud meet proper security, performance and capacity standards.

Klaxontech Technologies Inc directly employs and controls all Klaxontech Technologies Inc employees. DTCC will not have an employment relationship with Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi. Klaxontech Technologies Inc will be responsible for paying his salary, providing benefits and training needed to perform the job duties, in addition to any discretionary
