"Action Minutes"
There is a company calls Henri- Claude Cosmetics (HCC) . I have attached the details of the HCC company.There is an action minutes temple that I attached at the browse files.
As a member of the Marketing Department of HCC, write the action minutes for the brainstorming session. I wrote the answers of brain storming whic is going to be on the action minutes. The action minutes is going to have minimum 4 maximum 7 point of answers. Each points should have 3-4 sentences explanation on the discussion part.

Brainstorming session
1) Japan, Korea, Singapore, the USA, Europe, Thailand, Australia, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Others.
2) We change the name from Physique to = My Physique
3) My physique will counter the Adolescent, 20’s, 30’s, 40’s.
4) HCC will continue to market the product from Physique to My Physique. HCC has a very knowledge of the product, so it should do better then a new company starting.
HCC will mass fragrance the product to a different ages, will price the bottle based on the size of the bottle.

8) International brand ambassadors should choose active, popular young.
Special offers can include new user discounts, sample giveaways and special price (Like buy one get one free or $20 off when you buy $100)activities.
9) •We agreed to change the slogan to native language for each different country, in order to capture the customer´s attention.
•We consider that it is essential that the slogan be written in the same language to the goal market. It should be clear and understandable by in order to keep a space in the customers minds.

10) It's time to manufacture the fragrance in low cost countries.
Like China, India, Bolivia,etc.
