What types of leadership roles in teamwork and collaboration with colleagues do you envision yourself playing as you become an advanced social work practitioner and why?

Although you must cite both of these sources to achieve maximum points for this assignment, you may also cite one or two relevant peer-reviewed journal articles. (These may be cited in either your initial posting or your responses to peers.) Be sure that you have addressed all parts of the required response.
