# new approach and original in building new adaptive system using dynamic personalization parameters OR building a state of art Ontology in adaptive e-learning system that give more adaptivity into e-learning system.
# less than 10% similarity percentage tested on turnitin software.
# 35 recent references (not older than 2010) from only journals, books, articles, conferences and well credited academic references (no websites).
# the writer is responsible on the paper until its accepted. meaning if any revision required, the writer should revise it at any time after delivery as the review process usually take very long time.

It’s for my PhD
I am trying to implement a new adaptive e-learning system with more flexibility and more parameters to personalize the system for learners.
I am trying to make the personalization parameters dynamic (meaning teachers can select and add parameters to adapt the system) usually most system are limited to one, two or three parameters for personalization
So more adaptive system will suggest better learning materials to learners which fit their learning style, knowledge level and many other aspects
But there many ways to map the learning materials to learner features so the system know each learner feature and its match with learning material
I want a new approach or enhanced approach to achieve flexibility of adding personalization parameters
