You will be working on this project to analyze a firm.
Immerse yourself in the firm’s business and industry. You may choose one of the following companies for your project: IBM, Salesforce.com, Bank of America, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, and Walgreens.
The following two key factor will be considered when grading this assignment: Research on the company.
Writing Requirements: Paper should include an assessment of the company’s products, pricing, promotion, and channel strategies and programs. Your paper should be 4-6 pages in length, single-spaced.
Layout: Each worth 10 points.
Product Analysis: Explain the customer needs and how do the firm’s products address those needs. What’s the unique value proposition? Explain the Width, Depth, and Length of the product portfolio.
Pricing Analysis: What’s the firm’s pricing strategy? Describe the firm’s pricing structure and discounts.
Promotion: How does the firm communicate its value proposition? Describe the firm’s communication programs used to attract and retain customers.
