Interview one leader or manager from the organization so that you may complete a SWOT for the organization. Let the interviewee know you are working on a class project. Prior to your interview, develop a 5- to 7-question interview questionnaire you will use to query the interviewee to complete the organization's SWOTs. (I have both a SWOT analysis and the interview questions attached that I did from my dietary nutrition services department that I worked for. I'll be honest since it's been almost four years since I worked there, I didn't have any of my leaders or managers emails or phone numbers to call and ask, so I went from past experience regarding the department of when I had interaction with them as an employee asking questions and getting feedback with regards to certain areas within our patient meal room-service program of the hospital I worked for).
